1Who we are

Brindlepost Creative LLC ("BPC," "we," "us") is a company registered in Washington. "You" means the person or business buying or using our products.

2What you're buying

BPC sells digital products: diagnostics, builders, systems and related resources that you use yourself. Most run in your web browser on our site. Some are delivered through a members area you get access to after purchase.

Each product page describes what's included. If something on a product page conflicts with these terms, these terms apply.

3Access

You get access as soon as your payment goes through. Access is for the person who bought it. Don't share your login or the pages behind it.

Our browser-based tools save your work on your device. We don't store your answers on our servers unless a tool tells you it does. If you clear your browser data, switch browsers or change devices, your saved work stays behind. Use the tool's download or copy option to keep your work. You're responsible for saving it.

We keep products available and working, and we improve them over time. We may update a tool's design, questions or features. We won't remove the core of what you paid for while the product is still offered for sale.

4What you own, and what we own

What you create is yours. Your answers, your positioning, your method, your messaging and anything else you build with our tools belong to you. Use them however you like.

The tools themselves are ours. That includes their questions, structure, scoring, examples, design and code, along with the Translation Gap Method and everything we publish. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the product for your own business. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, rebrand or teach our tools or content as your own, or use them to build a competing product.

5Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payment is processed through our site's checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

We may change prices at any time. A price change never affects a purchase you've already made.

6All sales are final

By completing your purchase, you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel once access begins.

If something goes wrong on our end, we'll fix it:

• If you were charged twice for the same product, we'll refund the duplicate charge.
• If you paid and can't access what you bought, contact us and we'll restore access.
• If a tool doesn't work as described, tell us what happened and we'll fix it or give you access to a working version.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the law where you live that can't be waived by agreement.

7Free resources and email

Some resources, like the IP Inventory, are free and ask for your email address. When you sign up, you join our email list and may receive emails about BPC's ideas and products. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

The IP Inventory may send a summary of your results, such as how many assets you listed and rated, along with your email address. We use it to send you relevant follow-up. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

8Advisory and live sessions

1:1 advisory engagements are covered by a separate written agreement signed before work begins. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Some products include live group sessions. We set the schedule and may reschedule a session with notice. Group sessions are for questions about the product, not individual consulting.

9No guaranteed results

Our products teach a way of thinking and give you tools to apply it. What you get out of them depends on your business, your market and the work you put in. We don't promise any specific result, including revenue, clients or growth.

Our products are educational. They aren't legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional about decisions in those areas.

10Using our products fairly

Don't share access, scrape or copy our tools, attempt to get around a paywall, or use our products to break the law. If you do, we may end your access without a refund.

11Limits on our liability

We provide our products "as is." We work to keep them accurate and available, but we can't promise they'll be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim is about.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you made a purchase apply to that purchase.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
